Our journey began in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in 1983. Our father, who immigrated from the rural areas of the country worked as a baker in his uncle's store before opening up his own bakery shop together my mother. Hananplc now is a family owned company which began in one room with a baking table to be one of the top bakery shops across the city, serving fresh handmade breads and later moved into cakes and pastry. Hananplc now has 4 locations with more to come, a flour and corn mill factory, and recently made its debut in export of premium Ethiopian coffee worldwide.
